Personal Training

Build strength, confidence, and healthy habits through workouts that match your fitness level, schedule, and goals. You’ll receive hands-on technique coaching, and motivation every step of the way, in a supportive and judgement-free environment.

£35 per session (60 minutes)

Block of 8 sessions = £270

Block of 10 sessions = £325

 

Based at TNT Elite, Lancaster, LA1 5XW. Non-members welcome!

Online Coaching

Expert coaching, wherever you are - with structure, flexibility, and results. Access personalised training and full 1-2-1 support.

  • A tailored training programme accessible through my app

  • Nutrition targets aligned to your goals

  • Daily habit tracking

  • Weekly check-ins to review your progress

£150 per month (3-month minimum commitment)

12-Week Programme

Suitable if you are happy training independently but would benefit from a clear timeframe and structured plan to follow in your own time.

  • A progressive workout plan tailored to you

  • Habit-focused app to keep you on track with daily goals

  • Monthly call to review progress and discuss adjustments at week 4 and week 8
